Shot on Video (SOV) film Shot using camcorders and consumer-grade equipment as opposed to high-end cameras. Shot on VHS.
80s Horror & Teen Dream
Teenage dramas and horror films, often following a female lead. Including but not limited to high school gangs, youth angst, and first loves.
Hammer & Giallo
Hammer Horror ~ British Gothic horror and fantasy films made form the mid 1950s-1970s
Giallo ~ Italian atmospheric cinema of thrillers, murder mysteries, sexploitation, and erotica. Often with psychological and supernatural elements made from the 1960s-1970s.
